A permis d'urbanisation, formerly a permis de lotir, sets for a group of plots the rules on siting, massing and sometimes appearance that bind any later construction. Land within such a perimeter remains subject to those prescriptions, which come on top of the plan de secteur and the guide communal. Some perimeters correspond to a refusal, a repeal or a total or partial lapse: the type of decision and any lapse are given with each perimeter and must be checked before you draw a conclusion.
