The outline of every spatial plan or regulation in DSI, one contour per file: gewestplan, BPA, RUP, stedenbouwkundige verordening or bouwverordening. Use this layer to see which plans apply at a location; the zones and their prescriptions are in the layer with the zoning areas. The coverage of the contours is wider than that of the zoning areas, but here too no rights can be derived from the map.
