Coherent stads- or dorpsgezichten protected as a whole, together with their immediate surroundings. Here too, acts that do not require a permit need an authorisation from the Onroerend Erfgoed agency, and the agency gives binding advice as soon as an omgevingsvergunning is required. Watch the type, because an intrinsiek gezicht and an ondersteunend gezicht do not have the same consequences, and read the beschermingsbesluit for that.
