Habitat banking sites: measures carried out in advance and held in reserve so that they can later be allocated to an impact as compensation (§ 16 BNatSchG). For a scheme with no land of its own they are the practical alternative: they show where compensation is still to be had in the city.

Terrains déjà affectés à une mesure, et sites de réserve de compensation encore disponibles. Un terrain déjà engagé ne peut pas servir une seconde fois à la compensation (§§ 13 et suiv. BNatSchG) : c'est pourquoi cette couche a sa place au début de la conception d'une compensation, et non à la fin.
