Ökoflächenkataster: Ankaufsflächen (Bayern)
O que esta camada mostra
Plots bought, leased or secured by a real right for nature conservation, from the LfU's Ökoflächenkataster, with the development goal; the area type says whether the purchase was funded. According to the LfU, entry in the register does not change an area's legal obligations.

Impacte e compensação
Land already allocated to a measure, and habitat banking sites still to be had. Land once committed cannot serve as compensation a second time (§§ 13 ff. BNatSchG), which is why this layer belongs at the start of a compensation design and not at the end.
