The primary land use of the municipal land-use plans, building, agricultural and protection zones under Art. 14 ff. RPG, in the federal minimal geodata model, with the municipality's zone name and the harmonised main use. Included: the cantons of AG, AI, AR, BE, BL, BS, FR, GE, GR, JU, LU, SH, SO, SZ, TG, UR, VS and ZG; cantons whose terms of use do not allow use in this app, or that do not publish the data openly, are not included. Only the approved land-use plan is legally binding; for a parcel, the extract from the ÖREB cadastre is what counts. For the canton of Graubünden's data: “The structure-plan and land-use-plan information is provided without warranty and has no legal effect. Only the paper documents signed by the planning authority and the approving authority are binding.”
