Historic Shoreline Change (NI)
What this layer shows
Transects along Northern Ireland's coast showing how far the shoreline has moved between historic maps and recent surveys, from analysis by DAERA and Ulster University. Positive values mean the shore has built out and negative values that it has retreated; past change does not predict the future on its own.
