What this layer shows

Area flooded by sea storm-surge floods with 1% annual probability (on average once in 100 years), LVĢMC 3rd-cycle flood map. Municipalities use it to fix floodplains, where building and raising the ground are restricted (Protection Zone Law, section 37).
