Condicionantes

The designations consulted first in any environmental study: the Red Natura 2000 (ZEC and ZEPA, the basis of the appropriate assessment) and the national inventory of Espacios Naturales Protegidos, which also covers the Canaries and the Balearics. The starting point for an EIA or an appropriate assessment.

Catalunya

The Catalan layer of detail: the PEIN and the espais naturals de protecció especial (ENPE), with the Red Natura 2000 and the state protected areas underneath. The set cited in any environmental study carried out in Catalunya.

Andalucía

Vías pecuarias and waymarked trails of the Andalusian network over the protected areas and the Red Natura 2000. Vías pecuarias are publicly owned land (dominio público): they constrain works and fencing, and they are also historic walking routes.
