What this layer shows
Saltmarsh mapped by the Environment Agency from airborne imagery and lidar, divided into zones such as pioneer, low, mid and upper marsh, with the survey dates for each site. It is finer and more recent than the saltmarsh in the Priority Habitat Inventory, but covers only the sites surveyed.
