What this layer shows
A recurrently flooded area (Nature Conservation Act § 35). Zone widths are measured from the water line, but where the flooded area reaches further than the statutory shore restriction or building exclusion zone, the zone extends to its edge (§§ 37–38).

The building exclusion zone width comes from the Act (LKS § 38).
