What this layer shows
The aquifers in unconsolidated rock from the cantonal groundwater maps where their extent in the valley floor is known, each with thickness and confinement, under the minimal geodata model for groundwater occurrences. They show where usable groundwater lies beneath. It covers the cantons AG, BE, BS, JU, LU, SZ and ZG; cantons whose terms do not allow use in this app, or that do not publish the data openly, are not included.
