What this layer shows
FOCA's geographical UAS zones: areas where flying drones is restricted, needs authorisation or is prohibited, around aerodromes, over protected areas and at other sensitive places. Switzerland has applied the EU drone rules since 2023. The restriction and the responsible office are given for each zone; before a flight, such as a survey flight for a site assessment, FOCA's current map is what counts.
