What this layer shows
FOCA's geographical UAS zones: areas where flying drones is restricted, needs authorisation or is prohibited: around aerodromes, over protected areas and at other sensitive places. Switzerland has applied the EU drone rules since 2023. The restriction and the responsible office are given for each zone; before a flight, such as a survey flight for a site assessment, FOCA's current map is what counts.
