Reserveringsgebieden that the State has delineated in the Omgevingsregeling to keep land free for the construction of a new autoweg or autosnelweg. The Besluit kwaliteit leefomgeving (art. 5.134) requires the omgevingsplan to allow no building work here, the only exception being structures permitted for no more than five years; other activities are not affected by the reservation. A hit is rare; if you get one, consult the omgevingsplan, the Bkl and Rijkswaterstaat.

What carries through into the omgevingsplan and the watertoets: Natura 2000, the national reservations for new autowegen, the Wkpb restrictions, beschermde gezichten, World Heritage and the archaeological and cultural-historical maps of the RCE, the flood defences, protection zones and peilbesluiten of the waterschap, the ROR risk areas and the province's drinking water protection. The omgevingsplan and the bestemmingsplan themselves are not available as a map layer; you read the rules in the Omgevingsloket.
