The nature park itself creates no prohibitions: the designations underneath govern. Nature parks are missing entirely from the European return, which is why they appear here state by state.

Every area-based protection at once: Natura 2000, nature and landscape protection areas, national parks, national natural monuments and biosphere reserves with their three zones, plus the nature parks and Ramsar sites the states publish and the European return leaves out. Nationwide, the nature parks excepted.
Inventario
Where an ecological consultant or a planning office starts: the protected-site network, the small designations, natural monuments and protected landscape components, the biotopes protected by law, the Annex I habitat types with their critical loads, and the species records. The small designations and biotopes are available where that state publishes them openly.
