Statutory inventory of the immovable heritage (Irismonument), drawn up under article 207 of the CoBAT and published in the Moniteur belge on 19 August 2024, which ended the transitional regime for properties predating 1932. Entry in the inventory is not a listing, but it has an effect: any permit application relating to an entered property is submitted for the opinion of the commission de concertation, the CRMS being consulted only at that commission's request. Most properties have no proper name and are identified by their street and number, as on the publisher's site. Check the listed heritage layer as well.
