Biosphärenreservat — Entwicklungszone
Ce que cette couche représente
The transition zone of a biosphere reserve: the living and working area in which sustainable use is trialled. It is the least restrictive of the three zones and includes settlements. The underlying data is what Germany last reported to the European Environment Agency; the legally binding boundary is the ordinance held by the competent nature conservation authority.

Espaces protégés
Every area-based protection at once: Natura 2000, nature and landscape protection areas, national parks, national natural monuments and biosphere reserves with their three zones, plus the nature parks and Ramsar sites the states publish and the European return leaves out. Nationwide, the nature parks excepted.
Inventaire initial
Where an ecological consultant or a planning office starts: the protected-site network, the small designations, natural monuments and protected landscape components, the biotopes protected by law, the Annex I habitat types with their critical loads, and the species records. The small designations and biotopes are available where that state publishes them openly.
