Landscape management areas of rural development from land consolidation procedures, kept in the LfU's Ökoflächenkataster. The area type says whether a nature-conservation obligation exists. According to the LfU, entry in the register does not change an area's legal obligations; it serves documentation.

Land already allocated to a measure, and habitat banking sites still to be had. Land once committed cannot serve as compensation a second time (§§ 13 ff. BNatSchG), which is why this layer belongs at the start of a compensation design and not at the end.
