Site à réaménager recognised by order of the Walloon Government (art. D.V.2 of the CoDT): a property or a set of properties that hosted an activity other than housing and whose retention as it stands is contrary to the good planning of the area or breaks up the urban fabric (art. D.V.1, 1°). The order opens up rehabilitation aid and may shift the permit application to the regional procedure. Read the nature of the site and the type of order, which vary from one site to another and do not come down to an opposition between provisional and definitive.

What a consultancy or a notary checks first in Wallonia: Natura 2000 and its unités de gestion, reserves and Ramsar sites, plan de secteur and additional prescriptions, flood zones and karst, abstraction points, listed properties and remarkable trees, pre-emption, sites à réaménager and Habitat Permanent. The other municipal instruments and the rest of the water have their own set.
