Agricultural areas whose gewestplan designation has been reconfirmed as a matter of policy by the Flemish Government. It is not a regulatory prescription, but the reconfirmation makes rezoning to a non-agricultural function very difficult in practice without a planologische ruil. So check this before you assume that a change of designation is feasible.
