Known gaps, stated plainly
What is not here, and why. These lines come from the app and are removed the day a layer ships.
- Ancient monuments and archaeological sites, and local plans beyond the planning zones, are not in the app yet: the Department of Antiquities and Town Planning publish no map service for them. The geology map is published as outlines without rock names, so it is left out. On the website, floodplains, planning zones, nitrate vulnerable zones, habitats, flora, earthquakes and mineral resources are in the app only: the app shows them as pictures drawn by the publisher's own map service, which the website map cannot show yet.
- The map covers the whole island. North of the UN buffer zone, coverage varies by layer and reflects each publisher's own records.
