The Natura 2000 sites designated (at least in part) under the Habitats Directive, selected on their NL site code for the Habitats Directive. Conservation objectives apply to these sites for the habitat types and species of Annexes I and II. A project that alone or in combination with other plans or projects may have significant effects on the site requires, under the Omgevingswet, an omgevingsvergunning for a Natura 2000-activiteit, based on a passende beoordeling; for a plan with such effects the authority that adopts it makes the passende beoordeling itself (art. 16.53c Omgevingswet). Sites that are Birds Directive sites only are not included here.
