Plan de secteur — Zones d'affectation

The plan de secteur divides the whole of Walloon territory into land-use zones that determine the vocation of the land, from the zone d'habitat to the zone forestière or naturelle. It has regulatory force, which means that a permis d'urbanisme cannot in principle be issued for a project that conflicts with the zone's designated use. Check the designated use before any feasibility study: it determines what can be authorised on the site.
