The recognised nature reserves (ENR) and Flemish nature reserves (VNR) as included in the pre-emption rights dataset, with their name and reserve number. Within this perimeter the sale of immovable property is subject to a right of pre-emption in favour of the authorities, alongside the management and protection rules that apply to the reserve itself. Not every right of pre-emption is still in force, so read the end date of the file alongside.
