Public species records from FinBIF, organised by biological province rather than current administrative boundaries. Records are not a complete or current species survey. Check observation status, date, quality and positional accuracy in metres. Records may include reported absence. Locations may be generalised; lines and areas represent observation geometry, not the species’ full distribution. The original dataset is identified in each record. Distances and radius searches use the published geometry, not the possible location within its stated accuracy. A record outside the search may still relate to the site.
