Was hier geschützt ist: die gesetzlichen Ausweisungen in England, Schottland, Wales und Nordirland, dazu alter Wald. Damit öffnet die Karte, und darauf setzt „Standard“ zurück. Das ist ein Ausgangspunkt, keine Grenze: Jede andere Ebene ist einen Tipp entfernt in der Liste darunter.

Die gesetzlichen Ausweisungen, die eine Ökologin zuerst prüft: SSSI, SAC, SPA, Ramsar sowie nationale und örtliche Naturreservate in England, Schottland, Wales und Nordirland, dazu alter Wald und vorrangige Lebensräume. Das ist der Eröffnungszug einer Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, was auf dem Standort oder in seiner Nähe geschützt ist. Gesetzlich geschützte Gebiete werden üblicherweise auf 10 km bezogen, Lebensraumverzeichnisse auf 2 km, die Leitlinien nennen keine festen Entfernungen, setzen Sie den Radius also passend zum Vorhaben.
Forstwirtschaft
The checks behind a felling licence or a woodland creation application: ancient woodland and its revision, the National Forest Inventory, the live felling licence register, EWCO low-sensitivity land, the 1891–1914 historic woodland maps, wood pasture, deciduous priority habitat, and the statutory designations that constrain felling and planting: SSSI, SAC, SPA and Ramsar.

The constraints a wind or solar scheme is screened against in Scotland and northern England: carbon-rich soils and deep peat, wild land, National Scenic Areas, the statutory designations and ancient woodland.
