Périmètre de reconnaissance économique, which allows land intended for economic activity to be acquired and serviced, if need be by expropriation. For an owner, the consequences can be serious: you need to read the arrêté and the economic use it provides for. These perimeters also appear in the article D.IV.22 layer.
