An inland water body with large flood areas, named by ministerial regulation. Where its set high-water line lies further than the statutory shore restriction or building exclusion zone, the zone extends to that line (Nature Conservation Act §§ 35, 37–38).

The building exclusion zone width comes from the Act (LKS § 38).
