The shore path (General Part of the Environmental Code Act § 38) is a strip along a public water body where anyone may walk and stay. Landowners must allow its use. It is 10 m wide on navigable waters, including the sea coast, and 4 m elsewhere.

Flood areas at four probabilities, flood risk areas, the shore building exclusion, restriction and water protection zones, the public shore path, drinking-water source protection zones, groundwater protection, the nitrate-vulnerable zone and water body status. The building exclusion zone width comes from the Act (LKS § 38).
