Areas with a potentially significant flood risk under the Floods Directive, type C: protected area along the regional water system. The boundary serves European reporting and risk management at river basin scale and has no direct effect in permitting. Several polygons may carry the same name and the same localid, because a reported area can consist of separate parts.

What carries through into the omgevingsplan and the watertoets: Natura 2000, the national reservations for new autowegen, the Wkpb restrictions, beschermde gezichten, World Heritage and the archaeological and cultural-historical maps of the RCE, the flood defences, protection zones and peilbesluiten of the waterschap, the ROR risk areas and the province's drinking water protection. The omgevingsplan and the bestemmingsplan themselves are not available as a map layer; you read the rules in the Omgevingsloket.

Everything you discuss with the waterschap and the province: the legger with flood defences, waterstaatswerken and protection zones, the normtrajecten of the primaire keringen, the peilbesluit areas, the KRW water bodies of Rijkswaterstaat, the ROR risk areas and the waterwingebieden, grondwaterbeschermingsgebieden and boringsvrije zones. Not every waterschap supplies every layer, so an empty result is no proof that no zoning applies.
