England Coast Path Coastal Margin

Coastal margin along the King Charles III England Coast Path, for every approved stretch. Under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 it is access land by default, but it includes land with no public right of access, such as cropped land, buildings and their curtilage, and gardens.

Küste
The intertidal and soft-cliff suite: saltmarsh, sand dunes, vegetated shingle, maritime cliff and slope, mudflats and saline lagoons: plus Heritage Coast, Marine Conservation Zones, Scottish MPAs, and the SPA and Ramsar designations that nearly always sit over an estuary. The Coast Path is included because access and designation overlap constantly on this kind of site.
Zugang
Where the public has a right to be: CRoW open access land, Section 15 dedicated land, registered common land, National Trails, the King Charles III England Coast Path, country parks, doorstep greens and millennium greens. Access constrains survey logistics and mitigation design as much as any designation does.
